  • Anti Friction LMG bearings for smooth movements of cutting head
  • Hydraulic Automatic feed regulation* to adjust feed without operator involvement depending upon material composition, hardness and cross – section.
  • Carbide face blade guides preciously manufactured and mounted carbide with anti friction bearings with does not require frequent alignment as blade verticality is maintained while manufacturing of the machine.
  • Floating shuttle vice mounted on four Heavy duty linear bearing block for self alignment depending upon work piece straightness or surface roughness. Bar stock slides on main vice without any resistance as shuttle vice adjusts automatically.
  • Wider shuttle vice helps proper gripping of bar stock while indexing.
  • High pressure coolant jets are provided for high cutting rates. A compact and beautifully designed steel enclosure is provided to prevent coolant splashing and spillage, thus saving the wastage of cutting oil.
  • Blade cost much lower as compared to other make of similar capacity machines.

  • Built in coolant tank powered with High Flow Coolant Motor.
  • Tungsten Carbide face guides with ball bearings.
  • Hydraulic operated rotating cleaning wire brush.
  • Hydraulically operated main vice & shuttle vice.
  • Automatic machine stop if blade breaks.
  • Separate hydraulic tank.
