BURR FREE COLD SAW FLYING CUT OFF (COC)
Numerically Controlled Burr Free Cold Cutting Circular Sawing Cut-Off Carriage with V.F.D. Controlled Sawing speed and SERVO controlled Feed & Cross Travel Speeds as per specifications given below:-
1. Models Suitable for pipes range – ½to2½NB and ½to4NB
2. Suitable for Square upto 90x90mm & Rectangular sections upto 100×50 mm.
3. Maximum 150 mtrs./ min. speed can be achieved ON-LINE for 3/4” dia x 1 mm thick wall tube with 6 met cut
length(25 cuts/min).
4. Shuttle travel stroke Length (maximum)– 4 Meters.
5. Total Power Input rating – 44 KW, Servo Motors for Shuttle Indexing and Saw head movement.
6. Range of Tube Length to be cut – 4 to 12 Meters.

BURR FREE COLD SAW FLYING CUT OFF (COC)
This concept is design, developed and manufactured for the first time in India&suitable for tubes from 3NB to 10NB upto 8 mm thickness and maximum speed of 45met./min can be achieved for 3tube.
Coated HSS cutters of diameter 450 mm after re-sharpening can also be used to cut 4.50 mm thick wall Tube/Pipe with our newly developed Gear Box&PLC Program. A new coated HSS saw blade can cut above 12,000 nos of dia 25 X 1.6mm.Worn-outreduced saw diameter upto 330 mm can be used to cut Tubes of 32 mm OD,means 20 to 25 re-sharping.After re-sharpening around 3000 cuts*can
be obtained means around 50,000 to 65,000 cuts*(approximately 150 cuts per USD for diameter 25 mm X 2 MM thich tubes by a Coated HSS saw blade for medium mill speed.
